Include the page URL, browser, device and what you expected to happen. If something fails, describe the steps that led to it and any visible error message. Please do not send private house photos, passwords, full payment details or identity documents in an initial message. There is no guaranteed support response time in this first phase.

Launch and billing

AI rendering opens November 12, 2026 in free mode. Uploads, accounts and purchases are not available on this static site. Packs are Coming soon. We do not collect notification signups here; you can return to the site for launch updates. No one needs payment information to answer a launch question.

Once jobs and payments exist, include a job ID for rendering problems or a transaction reference for billing questions. The refunds page explains the planned unused-pack and failed-render policies.

Privacy and removal

For privacy requests, use the subject “Privacy request.” For a photo of your home, use “This is my house, remove it” and include the relevant URL. For copyright concerns, see the DMCA page for the information needed to identify and assess material. You can raise a home-photo concern without claiming copyright.
