Availability and eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use the planned AI service. The current site contains static information; AI rendering opens November 12, 2026 in free mode. Accounts, uploads and purchases are not available in this phase. Paid packs are Coming soon. A planned feature described here is not a feature you can use or buy today.

Your photo and permission

Upload only a photo of property you own or have permission to photograph and use for this purpose. You must also have the necessary rights to the photograph itself. Photos must not contain people. Hide house numbers, plates, private documents and other sensitive details before submitting.

You retain your rights in your input. At launch, you will authorize the operator and necessary service providers to process it to deliver, moderate and protect the service. This permission does not authorize a public gallery of your private uploads.

Allowed uses and limits

Personal and commercial use of your own outputs will be allowed to the extent you have the necessary rights. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, bypass quotas, submit abusive material or misrepresent generated images. Real-estate users must label renders “virtually decorated.” Installers must identify mockups as concepts and must not imply an installation has already been completed.

Outputs may not be unique, and copyright protection for AI content can vary. Permission to use an output does not clear third-party rights or guarantee exclusive ownership.

Accuracy and installation

An AI preview of the look, not a blueprint. Small details (gutters, railings, light counts) can differ from your real house. There is no guarantee that architecture, furniture or decoration scale will be preserved exactly. The preview is not engineering, electrical, safety or installation advice.

Measure real surfaces, check product specifications and obtain appropriate professional help before installation. Do not use an image to infer load limits, ladder access, attachment strength or suitability of a product outdoors.

Credits and purchases

When payments open, packs will be one-time purchases in US dollars with the total shown before checkout. Standard will use 10 credits, HD 20 and Print 40 per render. Credits never expire, have no cash value and are not a cash account. Guest free renders may be limited; the launch signup bonus is planned to be 30 credits.

Failed or refused renders will return their credits automatically. Unused packs will be refundable within 14 days; used credits will not be refundable except for technical failure, subject to mandatory rights. See the refunds page. There is no payment contract to enter into on this static site.

Moderation and service changes

The operator may refuse content, remove outputs, suspend access or ban abusive accounts to protect users, comply with law or enforce these terms. Availability can be affected by maintenance, model providers and capacity limits. Features and model mapping may change; material changes affecting purchases must be disclosed before they take effect.

The service cannot guarantee an uninterrupted or error-free result. Any limits on liability remain subject to applicable law; these terms do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final operator identity and any applicable jurisdiction provisions require review before launch.

Support and updates

Report problems to [email protected] with a page URL or job ID when available. Do not email private photos unless support has explained a necessary, appropriate way to share them. Draft updated October 30, 2026; the final launch terms will be published here.
